Assalamualaikum dun-ya.
Salam Maal Hijrah 1436.

I've reached my limit. My brain already abused with greens, forage, pasture, silage, hay, cut and carry system, etcetra ecetra. Haha. That's one of my assignment about pasture in Malaysia for livestock which I thought it will be easy as ABC. But. I am totally wrong by underestimate it.  Haa. It's challenging! *i'm being optimistic here. hee.

But my mind is actually wondering around to share my Delicious Lasagna and recipe! Can't wait till my assignment finish to update. Well, this entry is more to be myself guidance to make lasagna  in future. In case forgotten.
Well, when all of us gathered at home, of course new delicacies have to be try!

Simple Lasagna

Layering ingredients

RED
Bawang putih, merah secukup rasa
Daging cincang
Tomato puree or nak guna Prego or Kimballs pun boleh

WHITE SAUCE
2sudu besar butter
2sudu besar tepung gandum
2 1/2 susu Full Cream (Marigold or Dutch Lady ikut suka)
Keju secukup rasa. Cheesedale pun boleh. Ikut suka.

Kepingan Lasagna Instant. Jenama apa? Ikut suka.

Method.

For RED.

Tumis bawang hingga naik bau.
Masukkan daging cincang. Goreng hingga masak.
Masukkan tomato puree.
Kacau hingga sebati.
Macam masak kuah sphagetti :)

For WHITE SAUCE
Buka api kecil. Panaskan butter.
Bila dah cair, masukkan tepung. Kacau sebati.
Masukkan susu. Kacau lagi.
Masukkan cheese. Kacau lagi.
Gaul sebati sampai likat. Tutup api.

Celurkan kepingan lasagna. Boleh buat one by one. Jangan lupa masukkan minyak sikit dalam air elak melekat dalam periuk nanti.

Layering Method.

Letakkan kepingan lasagna at the base.
Lapisan pertama letak yang merah or kuah sphagetti tu.
Second layer white sauce.
Third layer, kepingan lasagna lagi.
Then ulang the same step sampai loyang anda penuh.
Atas sekali, letak kepingan lasagna dan tabur dengan cheeeseee.

Then bakar for 30 minute , with temperature, 130degree Celcius.



Then... tadaa~!

All the effort credit to my Along, Tikah and Adek too. Tak sempat nak capture the steps sebab excited sangat nak tengok result. Huhu maaf. And alhamdulillah.. masak lasagna cukup-cukup untuk semua orang. So, tak membazir.

Bila dah ber-western semalam.. hari ni rasa nak ubah angin. Rasa nak ke Timur pulak makan budu dengan ulam! Memang best mama masak. Jangan tanya berapa pinggan Fadh tambah nasi. Hee.


Kita juga perlu menikmati dunia. Namun, apa-apa pun, biarlah bersederhana. :)
Sekali sekala balik kampung, macam ni la jadinya.
Maaf andai ada entry yang terkasar bahasa. Tersilap bicara.
Maal Hijrah sudah tiba :) Everyday is a new chance granted by Allah. Azam baru? Sentiasa berusaha ke arah yang lebih baik dalam keberkatanNya. In shaa Allah.
