farm essentials

Having practical at the farm means gonna face the scorching sun, dusty air, thus my skin prone to get along with my two main enemies; pimples  and sunburn. My skin is normal type but without careful care, it still can get pimples, and it is easily to get burn. T_T

Everyday after work, the tired feeling conquer my body makes me neglect the face care routine. Honestly, I got break outs a week before Eid, which I was doing poultry farm practical at that time, Alhamdulillah sempat resolve. So, no matter how tired you are, please don’t neglect your face care routine.

So after what happened, in my practical bag, what I must have, are :

'Real doctor treat more than one species' No offense Medics!

Cap!, my favourite one is the one that I got from MyOHUN camp, I like the sleek and fit design. Water bottle! I always  carry around the 500ml water bottle with me instead of the bigger volume even I might need more than 500ml. Its more convenient to be carry around. But still, even I just carry around 500ml, I still need to remind myself  to rehydrate. Sometime im not that discipline to drink and not even finish the whole bottle.

Next, cushion powder, I bought this one just because it has SPF 50 with PA++, so when I don’t have enough time to apply the sunblock I’ll just dab the powder onto my face and some on upper part of my hand *yes, hand* and im good to go! Plus, it comes together with a refill! Save money save time! Sunblock! Always get myself the one with SPF 50 with PA++++, so far it works well and less sunburn!. But stilll need a physical sunscreen!
Sunblock and Cushion Powder. The powder container is quite old because I have use it until second refill.

Smallest thing that I carry around is, earphone. Every morning, I just stuff my earphone straight into my pocket together with the phone. I need the earphone because sometime to unwind while working and to get rid of  my sleepy head !
Love the pastel colour and pattern

And, most most important, but these of course not in my daily bag. The face wash! Honestly, when I faced a break out during poultry farm practical, I start to realised I need to use 'stronger' cleansing face wash than what I usually use. I chose to get the Safi Anti Jerawat to accompany my usual Senka facial wash; which it function is just to brighten my skin. *im not sponsored for saying this! :P* Both works well for me!
New besties!

I guess that’s all what I need most to face a smooth practical. How about you? Share your tips if have any*wink wink*. Frankly speaking, after tiring day at the farm, I really need to find motivation to wash my face properly after work and before sleep. It makes me thinking, how is it going to be when I start working later, it would be moreee tiring and challenging! So need to learn to discipline a bit from now. Feel free to drop any questions and opinions!
